Job Summary:

This is an entry level position for applicants who are looking to gain experience in the construction and remodeling industry. We are willing to train and invest in employees who work hard and seek personal career growth, and we look to identify and reward those individuals who show the potential and capacity for more.

It is also important that our staff be comfortable interacting with clients in face-to-face situations and solving problems with the support of site supervisors. The goal is to deliver the highest quality results while working efficiently and productively to make our client experience as fulfilling and stress free as possible.


  • Site prep and clean up
  • Bathroom and kitchen demolition
  • Cabinet assembling and refinishing
  • Door and hardware installation
  • Receiving, organizing and delivering materials to site/shop
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Maintain shop and work van organization and cleanliness
  • Maintain shop and work van inventory
  • Assist with trade-specific tasks (plumbing, electrical, framing, trim, siding, drywall).
  • Ensure the accuracy of work by putting final eyes on projects being overseen
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Project Manager
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers
  • Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos
  • Assume accountability for all projects assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Previous construction experience is great, but not required. We put a priority on applicants with a can-do attitude, and people who can be reliable in both attendance and follow through on assigned tasks.

  • US work authorization
  • Speak, Read, and understand English fluently
  • Pass background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Motivated and dependable
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment
  • Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
  • MUST be willing to learn the processes of our company and be teachable, despite years of experience
